Order Finance
Where there is a confirmed order, we can arrange payment to the supplier prior to shipment. However, to reduce the risk of non-performance or quality disparides (as we are not experts in commodity broking) we mainly pay against proof of delivery. We mainly assess the local buyer and put up a limit for this structure, 17 the local buyer is A. we put a trading limit on you then guarantee the supplier payment against POD. Where necessary we give the supplier an international LCSBLC that covers upto 180 days at the following fees-90 days (7.5pc), 120 days (5.5 pc) and 180 day (9.5pc) from date of establishing the TCLC lees are paid upfront, after the supplier has approved the instrument,​​​
Rental or Instalment Discount
Property owners (be it mining rights, municipality water or electricity, companies who sell on credit) have predictable cash inflows from different companies. However, due to liquidity challenges, they may not be able to improve on their services or product supply while on the other hand, they are sitting on a receivable asset. We offer them rental discounting that enables them to discount their future rentals for up to 120 days. This gives them access to immediate cash that enables them to expand their infrastructure, pay their creditors, improve operational efficiencies, inter alia. Our target market includes power utilities, potable water providers, municipalities among others. If A predictable orders from municipalities. Against commitments from approved municipalities, we may pay you your expected monthly incomes at a discount that we would have to agree on. It is well below the 5 pc per month for factoring.
COD - Credit
Where the supplier is not happy to supply before being paid, we arrange payment on COD and request for a cash discount so that we do not distort the market price. Our fee then would be absorbed by the cash discount. We then extend credit to the buyer at, at worst, at the same price and, at best, at a better price if the cash discount rate is higher than our finance fee. This may apply to A bath as a buyer as well as the supplier. Ordinarily, we are looking at a cash and volume discount of 5pc on average
BONDED WAREHOUSE FINANCING
We offer 1C, SBLC Bank guarantees, bank guarantees through SA and European banks. The facility would be arranged through the importer. We offer terms ranging from 90 days to 365 days that are revolving and renewable. This takes away the Zim risk per every transaction. Our minimum transaction is €/USD/£250.000. "A' may even be able to then stock some products into Zim warehouses for easy access to clients ur for their production requirements. It becomes more competitive as it reduces the turnaround time and also it gives smaller clients (if any) -3 tonner buyers who can't buy 30 tons - will have easy access for their operations straight from the warehouses. IT also helps in cash flow management in that they will pay for weekly requirements as and when the raw materials are required. This facility will cost in line with the TC fees discussed above.

STRUCTURED FINANCE
Where one product does not suffice the requirements of the buyer or seller i.e. 'A'. its suppliers and/or its clients, we can handle the trade through a combination of two or more of the above products to effect trade in the satisfaction of all parties. We have used this product to import fuel, maize, tyres, electrical goods, among others.
